Intensive fish farming
Ten intensive fish tanks supported by aeration equipment form the core of the aquaculture operation. Integration with irrigation makes productive use of nutrient-bearing water across the farm.

UNDER DEVELOPMENT
Cattle & livestock
The company’s development programme includes cattle and sheep production, supported by the farm’s American alfalfa. Livestock housing is under development as part of this programme.
Poultry, greenhouse production and further value-added activities feature in the longer-term development vision.
ONGOING DEVELOPMENT
Land & infrastructure
Our project brings together orchards, field crops, water infrastructure, solar plants and internal roads. Four agricultural tractors and engineering equipment support day-to-day field operations.
The development plan targets a further 120 feddans of reclamation and cultivation by the end of 2026, extending the productive area of the farm.

Access, equipment, accommodation and stores help the field team operate across a large reclaimed site.

The following are plans described in the company profile. Planned capacities are not operating production or completed facilities.
Land reclamation
A further 120 feddans targeted for reclamation and cultivation by the end of 2026.
Livestock & stables
Cattle housing and horse stables are included in the construction programme. The longer-term livestock plan describes 200 cattle and 500 sheep, supported by farm-grown forage.
Protected agriculture
A proposed programme of 50 greenhouses aims to extend vegetable production across the year.
Aquaculture & poultry expansion
The profile proposes 30 lined fish ponds across 20 feddans, alongside a future poultry programme of 5 houses. These remain development proposals.
